**The Role**:
We are looking for a
**Events and Communications Coordinator **to join Brennan IT on a permanent basis based in Sydney.

You will plan event initiatives such as customer appreciation events, conference sponsorships, internal events while also delivering internal communications to your teammates including the latest initiatives programs, policies and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end event planning, execution, and budget management
- Working with the marketing team, sales and SMEs as required to deliver successful events, including copywrite assistance
- Provide end of event wrap ups, sharing results, key call outs and learnings
- Assist in creating and managing company Team sites creating effective communications and collaboration channels
- Marketing Admin mailbox and supplier payment management
- Inbound lead and Marketing mailbox management, as required
- 2+ years experience in a related role
- Proven experience running events both physical and virtual
- Experience managing Microsoft SharePoint sites
- Previous experience using Canva
- Strong presentation skills - you know how to position content and messaging to ensure it resonates with the audience
- Detail orientation - you must have extremely strong attention to detail and solid copy writer/grammar skills.
