**ROLE**:
The Enrolment Processing Administrator is a member of the Student Administration Team within Registrar's Centre in the Student Experience division. The Entry Enrolment Officer will be responsible for entering and processing student enrolments.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Undertake the enrolment of all student categories into the Student Management System within required timeframes.
- Build a profile for the different categories of enrolments to aid accurate processing.
- Maintain accurate student files and case records, data entry, and ensure timely identification and logging of issues in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
- Process student enrolments including accredited and short courses enrolments.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience with Student Management Systems is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to pick up systems fast and hit the ground running.
- Prior experience in Higher Education is desirable with an understanding of the industry.
- The ability to handle a high volume of enrolments.
- Motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Must be double vaccinated.
