**The Role**:
The Enrolment Hub is an integral part of the student experience. You will assist students with their enrolment and answer relevant student enquiries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to students regarding their enrolment
- Enrolment administration including processing of all enrolment-related requests
- Proactively respond to general enrolment enquiries
- Provide clear advice and options, as well as provide resolutions for enquiries

**About you**:

- Customer service experience within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- High-level communication and problem-solving skills
- Good computer literacy and software competency
- High-level attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience working as part of a high-functioning team
