**The Role**

Working closely with key internal stakeholders, you will take ownership of all content across our venues. You will be responsible for the implementation of activities relating to brand integrity, content creation and digital platforms that drive our venue’s sales and marketing success. In this role you will report to the Chief Operating Officer. This role is hybrid WFH/Office combination. Our Support Office if conveniently located in the Rialto, in the Melbourne CBD.

**The day to day will include**:

- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns across our venues
- Social Media community management, including reporting on results and optimising activity accordingly.
- Building relationships with key external agencies to leverage PR opportunities.
- Copywriting, content creation and content management for all marketing channels
- Respond to all inbound marketing/media related enquiries and opportunities.
- Development and execution of the Group’s e-commerce strategy
- Ongoing management of the Group’s media outreach program in partnership with key internal stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver detailed reporting demonstrating critical analysis to inform paid, owned & earned tactics

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field
- Experience in a similar fast paced, results driven environment
- Hospitality industry experience is preferred
- Experience in developing, creating, implementing and optimising content across all relevant social media channels in order to drive consumer engagement.
- A comprehensive understanding of social media and digital platforms such as Mailchimp, WordPress, Sked Social and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Be a team player with a collaborative and solutions-based approach
