**About the Role**

As Social Media Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in shaping the online presence of a renowned Australian brand. You'll lead community management, develop engaging strategies, and support content creation and publishing. This is a highly collaborative role where your recommendations will directly contribute to exceptional community experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Community Management & Strategy**
- Oversee daily community management across all social media platforms.
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
- Monitor brand sentiment and proactively address community concerns.
- Manage and respond to reviews on platforms like TrustPilot and Product Review.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to provide effective and timely solutions.

**Social Media Management & Publishing**
- Execute the content calendar using social media management platforms for publishing and scheduling.
- Optimise content for each platform.
- Conduct social listening to identify trends and conversations.
- Monitor local competitor activity.
- Ensure consistent brand voice.

**Content Production Support**
- Edit and optimise visual assets for social platforms.
- Create platform-specific content variations.
- Edit user-generated content.
- Develop simple graphics and videos for reactive content.

**Analytics, Insights & Reporting**
- Generate comprehensive reports.
- Provide actionable insights from social listening data.
- Track and analyse community health metrics.
- Present monthly performance reviews.

**Key Skills and Attributes Required**:

- 3-5 years of proven experience in social media and community management
- Demonstrated success in growing and engaging online communities
- Track record of improving key social media metrics
- Experience managing brand reputation and crisis communications
- Proficiency in Social Media Management tools
- Strong content editing capabilities
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Experience with review management and reputation platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
