Fine Wine Content Specialist

**About the Role**

As a Fine Wine Content Specialist within the Langton’s Marketing team you will use your passion, expertise and appreciation for premium wines to produce content in line with our brand voice and values, working across all levels of communications from EDMs to sales pitches, digital copy and more.

**Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will**:

- Research and create high quality, knowledge and product led fine wine content (written, video, audio)
- Identify and pitch new ideas for Marketing and the wider Langton’s business.
- Ensure the high standards of the ‘Langtons voice’ are maintained, supporting our position as a reliable source of fine wine knowledge; with passion, expertise and insights.
- Ensure that communications are empathetic and connect to our customers who are at different stages of their wine knowledge journey.
- Own the end-to-end content and communications projects, whilst also implementing BAU.
- Keep up to date with trends across both competitor and contemporary businesses from a content and communications perspective.
- Work collaboratively with and support the Sales, Buying and Auctions teams to achieve their goals, providing copywriting support where required.
- Support and build strong interpersonal relationships, both cross functionally and interteam.
- Attend wine tastings and numerous high-end events to capture content.

**About You**

You will have fine wine knowledge and expertise, with previous experience in sales copywriting and an understanding of how to capture a customer's attention through content/copy creation.
This position would suit someone who has a passion and genuine enthusiasm for fine wines and the Langton’s luxury brand, with strong relationship building skills and the ability to work at pace.

To be successful in this position you’ll also need:

- **Excellent written communication skills, and commercial/sales copywriting experience is essential, with the ability to write to the medium e.g. Social, Press Releases etc.**:

- **Formal wine knowledge i.e. WSET L3 or working towards.**:

- **Experience taking and working to briefs.**:

- **Knowledge of HTML, SEO, Social CRM, CMS and Workflow management tools.**:

- **Highly developed written, oral communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a luxury ‘tone of voice’.**:

- **Ability to positively engage with others and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.**:

- **Flexible and adaptable approach to work in order to work to tight deadlines in response to market changes.**:

- **Ability to travel Regionally and at times Internationally.**
