**About the Opportunity**

The primary purpose of the Assistant Brand Manager - Paragon Wine Estates is to assist both the Senior Brand Manager and Brand Manager in leading and building the success and credentials of the brands within the Paragon Wines Estates portfolio.

The Assistant Brand Manager will develop, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and create bespoke content in these areas, whilst also managing a high volume of New Product Development launches.

As the Assistant Brand Manager - you will also lead and support on the following:

- Assistant with new product development, marketing, packaging and brand guidelines
- Assist with the development of PR plans and implementation to drive profile and advocacy
- Develop supporting content, strategies and information to support our brands in international markets and wholesale channels
- Effectively manage outsourced agency and internal Endeavour department relationships
- Consult with legal and other relevant stakeholder where approval is required

**About you**
As an experienced Marketer, you will have held brand or marketing activation positions in the past. You’ll bring your passion for the liquor industry, authentic personality, strong relationship building skills and ambition to the role, with the ability to self manage and work at pace.

To be successful in this role, you’ll also need:

- An authentic passion for wine and beverages
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent brand, project and process management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to personally develop creative concepts, think independently and drive and deliver key activities
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of retailer brand management is advantageous
