**About the Role**
As a **Marketing Campaign Associate**, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing campaigns for Laithwaites’ top strategic partnerships and shaping their digital future. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns across both traditional and digital channels, ensuring results while exploring emerging growth opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and manage strategic marketing campaigns, from concept to completion, in collaboration with partners and creative teams.
- Take a proactive approach to developing impactful digital marketing strategies, with a focus on social media and video content.
- Lead cross-functional projects and work with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with objectives.
- Represent Laithwaites in managing key partnerships, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring campaign success.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform campaign strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance, deliver insights, and recommend strategies for optimisation.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, bringing fresh ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- **Proven Experience**: 2-3 years in marketing with exposure to both traditional and digital channels.
- **Campaign Management**: A track record of creating and delivering impactful marketing campaigns.
- **Digital Expertise**: Experience with Meta and Google Ads platforms (implementation experience is a bonus).
- **Project Management**: Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- **Collaboration Skills**: Experience working with creative teams and external partners.
- **Proactive Mindset**: Self-motivated and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges.
- **Communication**: Outstanding skills in influencing stakeholders and driving results.
