**Overview**

The Change Management Analyst will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes and systems and technology. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Change Management Analyst will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, and the achievement of results and outcomes.

The Change Management Analyst will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. The Change Management Analyst will also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers as they help their direct reports through transitions. The Change Management Analyst will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans and driving success.

**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**

Strategic Focus
- Change Management documentation and other artefacts are delivered on-time, within budget and to quality standards.
- Agreed internal governance requirements met.
- Strong relationships established and maintained with stakeholders.
- Actively build business knowledge and desire to engage change.
- Ensure the Link Change Model is implemented and used on all projects.
- Actively build skills, competency and knowledge through self-education and participation in coaching, mentoring, and training

Operational Management
- Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives of Link, Project Delivery and CM best practices OR
- Contribute to best practice and team uplift.

Clients/Stakeholder/Risk
- Communication is clear, concise, professional and fit-for-purpose in all forums.
- Client Change Management engagement is professional and is managed within project and CPM guidelines.
- Risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies are actively identified, discussed, and managed with stakeholders and management.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess the change impact
- Complete change management assessments
- Identify, analyse, prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Support communication efforts
- Support training efforts
- Support and engage senior leaders
- Coach managers and supervisors
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists
- Integrate change management activities into project plan
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Manage stakeholders
- Track and report issues
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Contribute to the review of initiative successes through participation in Post Implementation Reviews and tracking value of change;
- Ensure key business changes and updates pertaining to the industry, legislation, processes and procedures are considered in line with current initiatives;
- Professionally represent The Link Group in client meetings, external and industry forums; and promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality in line with Link’s core values.
- Assist in governing and maintain all change artefacts and the intranet site.

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

- Understanding of Link’s core services and strategic objectives;
- Ability to work across Link Group organisational boundaries and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders;
- Understanding of how people go through a change and the change process;
