Our client, in the insurance industry, is seeking a passionate and motivated Change Analyst to champion change and support project teams to lead and manage change within their teams.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Change Management Plans established for assigned projects
- Documentation that supports the effective management and embedding of change such as impact assessments, readiness assessments, communication plans, embedding plans and artefacts
- Training materials developed and facilitated to plan
- Monthly change reporting with change insights for Project Steering Committee

**Key Skills**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferably in psychology, change management, organisational development or human resources
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience in instructional design, coaching, facilitation, learning & development, culture and/or change
- Demonstrated experience working on an organisation wide system implementation and capability uplift
- Working knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
