australia melbourne contract au$550.00 - au$650.00 per dayOur client is an iconic Australian organisation currently seeking a Change Analyst to drive changes across their infrastructure space.

Your new role will see you play a crucial role in managing and implementing changes within the organisation’s IT infrastructure and systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly, efficiently, and with mínimal disruption to operations. Your primary focus will be on analysing proposed changes, assessing their impact, and coordinating the necessary approvals and implementation activities.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in IT Change Management with a demonstrated understanding of process key concepts
- Proven experience at preventing business incidents through effective management of Changes
- Knowledge of ServiceNow in relation to change management, change workflows and reporting
- Demonstrated experience working in an ITIL environment
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and engagement skills

Our client is offering an initial 6 month contract with the view to extension. Offices are based in the Melbourne CBD with a requirement to be onsite 3 days per week.
