**The Company**

Our client is a leading Hobart based enterprise in the energy sector, with offices based in the Hobart CBD. They are now looking for a change analyst to develop and implement effective change management strategies and plans across the Information Processes and Systems group’s portfolio.

**The Role**

As a change analyst your role will include but will not be limited:

- Provide expertise and support to ensure projects and initiatives include effective change management strategies and plans,
- Responsible for development of content, communications and engagement material to deliver key messages on the IT strategy and performance to various target audiences.
- Develops, implements and maintains organisational change plans to transition individuals and groups from current state to future state; support them to adopt new processes, systems and behaviours; and overcome resistance to change,
- Facilitates a change impact assessment - consider the business strategy, structure, process and culture when diagnosing change,
- Analysis to consider systems and technology change, business process changes and people change (behavioural /cultural change),
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs,
- Contribute to peer mentoring, and experience and skill sharing to build knowledge and capability within the team.
- Leads, facilitates and coordinates engagement with stakeholders through the full life cycle of change of projects within the IT portfolio,
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications,
- 3+ years of experience as a Change Analyst or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and assess the impacts of changes to business processes and systems
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement plans to manage change initiatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of change management best practices and methodologies
- You are a strong networker; able to establish credibility and buy in from stakeholders at all levels of our business.
- You are a great communicator, and pride yourself on your ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
- Technical experience in any of these areas
- Azure/ 365 ERP replacement/ sap change management.
- Training experience would be beneficial.
