**Change Analyst/Manager - Retail - Contract or perm - $700 - $800 pd or $150k + Super**

**The Company**:
My client is a household name retail enterprise, with over 600 stores internationally and a fast-growing online presence.

It now requires an experienced Change Analyst or Manager to manage Change across a variety of technical and business facing projects.

**The role of the Change Analyst/Manager will include**:

- Ability to work on both business facing, retail based and IT related changes
- Other Change work will be organisational (org chart, project prioritisation and engagement processes)
- Experience of analysing business and IT changes, with demonstrated strength in working with business implementation and technical partners to understand the change being introduced and in response formulate appropriate change activities

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- 3+ years Change Analysis experience
- Retail experience highly regarded
- Produce high quality documentation - comms plan, PPT’s, SOP’s, flyers, Knowledge Base articles, training materials etc
- ADKAR/PROSCI experience
- Experience with the following would be advantageous: CRM, D365, MS Office, PowerBI, AX
