THE ROLE

  • The Change Analyst, Maintenance Delivery Transformation is responsible for supporting Homes Victoria's Maintenance Delivery Transformation change program, being the change analyst within the delivery program and undertaking a diverse range of projects to improve renter experience and increase maintenance quality.
  • The Change Analyst will conduct work to help understand and delivery changes to maintenance delivery within Homes Victoria. These changes include technology shifts, staff and contractor engagement programs, pilots and a range of other reform programs.
  • The role reports to the Change Manager, Maintenance Delivery Transformation; however, will work closely all stakeholders to understand and help HV and COPL through change.

Accountabilities Include

  • Provide expert analysis, advice and support to stakeholder groups regarding change strategies, implementation plans and arising risks.
  • Provide analysis and support change management initiatives and integrated approaches to the maintenance delivery transformation
  • Provide timely expert advice and develop open and effective communication strategies including collection of highly complex, contentious, or sensitive information on matters of staff or business.
