Our client, a leader in the Strategy Innovation and Transformation division within the Business Essentials stream, is on a mission to shape a better future for the community they serve. Committed to their vision, mission, and values, they are seeking a Change Analyst to join their team and contribute to their impactful work.

**About the Role**
As a Change Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects and changes related to the Business Essentials stream. You'll be an essential part of the team, collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to the execution of change activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver change activities, including assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of change.
- Work closely with the Program Change Manager to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
- Conduct comprehensive change analysis and business impact assessments.
- Contribute insights to the development of change plans aligned with business needs.
- Create relevant change artifacts, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communications strategy and plan, business readiness assessment, training plan, transition plan, and change effectiveness measurement.
- Participate in project forums and working groups, leveraging your deep organisational knowledge to inform decision-making and enhance change analyses.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications or certifications in relevant fields such as Change Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or Psychology.
- Highly desirable: Relevant change management certification (PCI, APMG, Agile Change Leadership, PROSCI) or equivalent demonstrated competency.
- Understanding of IT systems (experience with TechnologyOne is desirable), cyber security, and data management.
- Previous experience in completing change impact assessments and project communications for IT implementations.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a quick ability to establish credibility and trust as a trusted advisor.
