**The Client**:
Our client for this position is a major Australian financial services company, they currently have a requirement for a Change Analyst with experience in Merger & Acquisitions projects. Initially offered as a 12-month contract the role has potential extensions following the project.

**The Role**:
As the Change Analyst of this project you will be ensuring customers are ready to operate post the migration with mínimal disruption, ensuring the separate organisations are ready to operate on Day 2 with mínimal disruption as well as building awareness and understanding of any upcoming changes to ensure stakeholders are prepared.

**Responsibilities**:

- Change analysis activity to support detailed business impact assessments and the identification of change interventions
- Development of change & communications artefacts to support change initiatives including but not limited to FAQ's
- Maintain a 'one-way, same way' approach to change content development across the integration sub-domain supporting Customer Migration Communications
- Work with change & comms partners to execute key change plans
- Proactively manage risk; meet all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to Process and Procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified (risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance).

**Required Skills & Specialisms**:

- 2-3+ years' experience as a Change Analyst (similar role).
- Experience in agile ways of working.
- Previous experience supporting business change delivery is essential.
- Experience in distilling complex or technical information into key messages for marketing communications.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- A positive attitude and strong motivation for continuous learning and development.
- Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills.
