We are looking for a solution-focused and analytical Account Manager to join our Warehousing team in Melbourne. As an Account Manager, you will partner closely with a portfolio of blue-chip customers to deliver efficiencies within their supply chain and effectively manage their logistics contract. You will develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and provide valuable insights and expertise that will support them to deliver on supply chain objectives. **Requirements**: **Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**: - Determining client needs to drive customer-centric and solution-focused outcomes - Maintaining strong relationships at tiered stakeholder levels both internally and externally - Working in close collaboration with customers to ensure achievement of project goals & timelines, ensuring service levels are met - Leading solution, and contract negotiations with assigned customers to facilitate portfolio goals and customer retention - Adopting a "hands on approach" to develop and administer key account plans and continuous improvement solutions aligned with corporate objectives, strategies, and initiatives - Proactively leading the development of reports and delivery of on-site client visits on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to cover off tactical/strategic focuses and KPI management - Managing and executing administrative functions for assigned accounts, including CRM management and general administration that will enhance overall portfolio results - Interstate travel will be required to visit regional warehouses that service the existing portfolio **To be successful in this position, you will possess**: - Previous experience in an Account Management role, preferably with a focus on Warehousing or Logistics management - Proven analysis, problem solving and negotiation skills - Able to quickly navigate complex logistics scenarios - Impeccable prioritisation and organisational skills - Exceptional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal) - Data-driven, with proven commercial acumen and strategic thinking, including competence in MS Excel - Entrepreneurial mindset that demonstrates strong initiative and sense of ownership **Benefits** This is an exciting opportunity to join our 3PL warehousing team as we experience strong growth and and be a part of a hardworking and energised team.
