**About the role**

Programmed Industrial Maintenance are currently seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Keilor Park, you will also be required to travel between four different sites and will be given a car.

An exciting opportunity exists for an Account Manager to join this supportive business with Programmed Industrial Maintenance. You will be a dynamic and driven individual whose primary objective is to manage customer relationships, manage recruitment, and ensure labour management is effective.

Your will be required to ensure customer satisfaction is met for their key clients and nurture deeper relationships. You will streamline recruitment processes and enhance labour coordination to improve efficiency and employee engagement.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead recruitment for key accounts, collaborating with the Recruitment Manager and HR team.
- Work with the key clients on their recruitment needs
- Offer strategic advice to clients
- Manage labour distribution and scheduling
- Foster and maintain strong, enduring relationships with clients
- Proactively understand and fulfill clients' needs
- Partner with finance teams to oversea budgets
- Adhoc tasks

**Key skills and attributes required for the role**:

- A proven career history in Recruitment or as an Account Managee
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Strong relationship building skills across all levels of the organisation
- Ability to proactively resolve issues before they evolve into problems
- Able to work autonomously or in a team
