**The Role**

Reporting to the HR Manager this role will have a range of duties, responsibilities including:

- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager - VIC, ADL & TAS
- Interpret legislation in relation to award and enterprise agreement entitlements
- Maintain and manage HR records and employee databases
- Act as the super user for HRIS, eArcu, and Empower learning and provide proactive support to the region
- Assist in human resources functions including recruitment, training, induction, and employee relations
- Assist in preparing monthly reports; creating and updating policies and ensure compliance/alignment with relevant global and/or region requirements.
- Liaise, consult and work collaboratively with different departments within the company.
- Assist with projects with a large focus on the growth of the company.
- Generate contracts and letters
- Provide guidance and training on HR processes, workflow, and relevant systems
- Onboard staff
- Act as the central liaison with stakeholders across the business
- Provide support in implementing well-being and other HR initiatives.
- Any other duties as may be required from time to time.

**About You**

To be successful in securing this position, you will have the following:

- A minimum 12 months experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience with contracts and letters
- Solid experience developing strong relationships with hiring managers
- Experience with mass recruitment
- Experience with Recruitment Software and reporting - HRIS system, onboarding system
- Exposure and/or knowledge of HR and general administrative processes and protocols
