**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a recruiter to join the Schools Temp team. In the role of Recruitment Coordinator, you are responsible for Educator management, in the following areas:

- The attraction, on-boarding and marketing of exceptional educators.
- Foster professional relationships that build educator capacity and support achievement of career objectives.
- Communicate, collaborate and engage with other recruitment coordinators and talent partners to support the staffing needs of clients.
- Meet with eductors online and in person to assess suitability.
- Manage compliance documents to onboard successful educators.
- Opportunity to work one day from home.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in Recruitment or knowledge of the Education market (ideal)
- Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Growth mindset and drive to succeed
- Exceptional IT and administrative skills
