Recruitment Coordinator - NSW Gov Agency - Parramatta/Hybrid - 6 months + - $44ph + Super

**Your new company**
Your new company is a NSW Government Agency located in Parramatta.

**Your new role**
As a Recruitment Coordinator your responsibilities will be:

- working closely with Hiring Managers on the multiple requisitions of positions
- posting ads on different platforms
- scheduling interviews and assessment centres
- compliance checks
- drafting documents such as offer letters, contracts, etc.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- relevant experience in a similar position managing end to end recruitment
- understanding of the recruitment process
- time management skills and ability to prioritise and multitask
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

**What you'll get in return**
- 6 months contract with possibility of extension - lots of opportunities to grow
- role in Parramatta with flexibility to WFH 2-3 days a week
- hourly rate $44- 46 + Super
- immediate start
