**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Join our team as a Change Administration Support Officer. This is a great opportunity to work on a large transformation project with a supportive and collaborative team.

Responsibilities include:
You'll be responsible for coordinating and developing engaging communications content, managing our Revolve Program communications calendar, and supporting effective stakeholder engagement and management. You'll also assist with training logistics, developing training materials, assisting with project general enquiries, and providing other change management support.
- Create and find new and creative ways to communicate key messages.
- Manage the Revolve Program communications calendar and activities.
- Co-ordinate the training schedule and help with training set-up
- Support the development of training materials and job aids to suit distinct stakeholder groups, including audience specific training materials such as handouts, QRGs and online training.
- Other SMCT projects or initiatives requiring change management support.
**ABOUT YOU**
To succeed in this role, you will have strong coordination and organizational skills. You will take pride in your ability to not only have a strong eye for detail, but doing this while being able to coordinate multiple priorities. Not only are you good at this - but you also thrive on this
You also have a special talent to get things done, building and sustaining strong relationships with those around you. You enjoy writing communications and have a strong ability to make seemingly complex ideas into simple and understandable concepts.
While not essential, relevant work experience in change management, communications or related fields would be highly regarded. As would, strong project coordination skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Experience in a busy administration coordination role would fit this role well.
