Plumbing Office Administrator – Full Time | Springvale

All About Plumbing and Drainage is a family-owned plumbing company based in Springvale. We're a young, motivated team (all under 30) and we're looking for an organised and reliable Office Administrator to join us as we continue to grow.

This is a varied, hands-on role that's perfect for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

As our Plumbing Office Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and an essential part of our day-to-day operations.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Answering phone calls and booking customer jobs
  • Responding to client emails and enquiries
  • Checking over job cards, notes, and photos daily
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating the plumbers' daily runs
  • Helping ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time
  • Providing general office and administrative support as needed

No two days are the same — we're a small, hands-on team, and everyone helps out where needed.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong communication and organisational skills
  • Enjoys multitasking and problem-solving
  • Is confident using computers and learning new systems
  • Has great attention to detail
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • (Bonus) Has experience in a trade, service, or scheduling role
