This market leading national electrical, and communications installation and service organisation has a well-established client base with a strong pipeline of projects. The culture is down-to-earth, entrepreneurial and authentic with highly capable people leaders. With 16 offices across Australia, the organisation is positioned for growth and, as a result, is looking for a payroll professional to design the payroll system and processes for the future.
Reporting to the National HR Manager and collaborating with the Payroll Manager and other key stakeholders, you will be responsible for reviewing the existing system and processes and diagnosing gaps and identifying what is working well and what isn’t. You will then be making recommendations on how to transition from a centralised to a decentralised payroll system and work with the relevant stakeholders to implement changes.
You are a seasoned technical payroll specialist with experience supporting a workforce with multiple awards/EBA’s and timesheets. You will have experience reviewing, recommending, and implementing fit for purpose payroll systems and processes for a large, distributed blue-collar workforce.
