We are currently looking for an enthusiastic full time Administration Assistant to support our Operations Department at our Brisbane Head Office. This position will see you being a valuable part of the team as you navigate the diverse administration duties encompassed in your role.
**In this position you will be responsible for a range of tasks including**:
- General and operational administration duties
- Compiling and writing of reports
- Uploading and maintaining documents through various online systems
- Payroll administration
- Stock ordering
- Data entry
- Answering phones
- Adhoc duties as required
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- A strong team focus
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A sound working knowledge of computers and the Microsoft Office suite
In addition, the successful applicant will need to undergo a National Police Clearance. Previous experience in an administration or operationally focused role will be advantageous.
**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
