**About the role**:
This role will require you to develop new CRM lifecycle programs and optimise existing ones, developing innovative campaigns to drive positive results for brand loyalty and customer value. You will work closely with the CRM marketing team, wider marketing team, merchandise, eCommerce, and agency partners to build stronger relationships and deliver better experiences for our customers and drive commercial outcomes.

This position is currently based at our Support Office in East Bentleigh, Victoria and we support a hybrid work approach (on-site and working from home).

**About you**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in end-to-end CRM/direct marketing campaign management
- A tertiary qualification in marketing/communications or other related discipline
- Experience developing strategies and implementing lifecycle and trigger-based campaigns
- Experience working with marketing automation and CRM systems; experience in Adobe Campaign will be highly regarded
- Experience using dashboards to draw out insights and make business decisions
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment
- Test and learn mindset, continuously looking for opportunities to optimise CRM activity
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Experience managing stakeholders and agency partners
- Strong attention to detail, a creative mindset, and ability to think analytically
