We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused person to join the team at our Bentleigh East store. Ideally you will have paint or decorating experience but, of utmost importance is your passion to provide exceptional customer service.

Whilst industry experience is desirable, it is not essential

**Paint Specialist**
- Colour matching experience
- Background in spray painting (desired)
- Panel beating experience (desired)
- Experience within the industry

**Our Paint Specialists**:

- Are committed to providing genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers
- Have selling skills that contribute to the sales performance of the store
- Are team players and contribute towards the store’s success
- Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom
- Have a safety mindset and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates

**The successful individual will**:

- Be a passionate customer service expert, with previous retail and sales experience
- Have a background in spray painting and mixing paint, and demonstrated experience within the paint industry
- Ideally possess panel beating experience, however this is desirable and not essential
- Be available to work a roster including weekends
