**About The Team**:

**About The Role**:
**This role can be based anywhere in Australia. Occasional travel to Melbourne for team building and team events will be required.**

***What You'll Be Doing**:

- Manage the delivery of both service and promotional communications against the activity calendar
- Monitor performance against targets and drive retention and growth
- Develop and optimise workflows to effectively collaborate, plan and deliver activity.

**What You Bring**:
Ideally, you have some experience building and executing other channels like App push and SMS, or a keen desire to learn.

**You’ll also need**:

- An understanding of the fundamental concepts of SQL
- Experience with Responsys Programming Language (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of any Object-Oriented programming (OOP) language
- Understanding of accessibility
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
