**Madman Entertainment **is looking for a Partnerships and Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive awareness of our specialised streaming service DocPlay. If you’re experienced in marketing, partnerships and communications and have a passion for film and media, we’d love to hear from you.

Madman is one of Australasia’s leading independent film and television distributors; licensing and distributing content into cinemas, film festivals, television, discs and digital platforms across Australia and New Zealand.

As the **Marketing and Partnerships Specialist, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Proactively seek out relevant brands, tastemakers and organisations to broaden awareness and reach of our streaming platforms
- Service ongoing media and organisational partnerships
- Secure and manage relationships with new industry partners
- Plan and implement referral campaigns with relevant partner channels
- Assess and implement relevant key sponsorship opportunities that will result in significant conversions for our streaming services
- Maximise promotional activity and visibility of content in channel
- Provide regular content updates and relevant assets to media
- Seek editorial coverage for platforms in relevant media outlets
- A minimum 3-4 years’ experience in marketing or communications roles
- Specialised knowledge of the local and international SVOD market
- Previous experience or exposure to film or related media industries, and current/relevant industry relationships
- Experience working with media/journalists
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain key external stakeholder relationships
- Be well versed in preparing annual budgets and reporting periodically
- Be confident with a can-do, hands-on attitude
- Take ownership, work autonomously and take pride in their responsibilities
- Ability to work with a small, dedicated team
- Excellent attention to detail
