**About the role**:
The Marketing Specialist - Partnerships role will be pivotal during this exciting phase for the Coles Express business, with its forthcoming transition from Coles Group to Viva Energy as of May 1. Backed by strong investment you’ll support the exciting transformation roadmap that lies ahead. And with flexibility the new normal, you’ll enjoy a variety of flexible working options: hybrid, remote, part time and job share to name a few

Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Partnerships & Trade Activation, you’ll be empowered to develop and maintain supplier marketing relationships in conjunction with category managers, to build investment programs for Coles Express and their supplier partners.

**You’ll also**:

- Plan, own and execute ATL & BTL marketing campaigns
- Drive supplier programs in the trade plan, customer calendar and media schedule
- Continually review process and planning to maximise campaign efficiencies
- Manage relationships with external agencies and ensure campaigns objectives are met
- Influence cross-functionally to drive brand consistency across all customer touch points.

**About you and your skills**:
Coming from a Retail/FMCG or Media Agency background, you have 5+ years marketing /category marketing experience with strong multi-channel end to end campaign & media planning, development, and execution experience.

**You’ll also have**:

- Experience in supplier marketing
- Experience in digital and loyalty programs (ideal not mandatory)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to target customers, evaluate & optimise performance
- Knowledge and understanding of media (bought and sold)
- Strong communications skills to autonomously direct agencies.
