**About Us**
Exclusive Construction and our sister brand, Exclusive Design Hub, are a growing residential building and design company based in Bentleigh.
We specialise in premium renovations, extensions, and new builds across South East Melbourne, with an expanding showroom and strong partnerships with brands like Winnings, Fisher & Paykel, Woodcut, Signorino and More.

We’re now bringing our marketing in-house and looking for a creative, motivated **Digital Marketing & Content Specialist** to help elevate our brand and generate qualified leads.

**About the Role**
This is a hands-on part-time position combining digital marketing, paid ads management, and social media content creation.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales & Strategy to plan and execute campaigns that showcase our work and attract new clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimise **Google Ads** and **Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns**:

- Improve website SEO and monitor Google Business performance
- Create and schedule engaging **social posts, stories, and reels**:

- Coordinate with brand partners for shared content and showroom promotions
- Capture and edit short photo/video content from our projects
- Report on marketing performance and suggest improvements

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing or content creation
- Working knowledge of **Google Ads**, **Meta Ads**, and **SEO**:

- Confident using **Canva**, **Meta Business Suite**, and scheduling tools
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Self-driven, organised, and creative
- Interest in **design, interiors, or construction** is a plus
