Leading Finance organisation seeks an experienced Collections officer to work in a friendly team environment. You will be handling collection of Mortgage/Car finance accounts.

The Role:

- Responding to inbound and making outbound calls
- Proactively make debt recovery calls
- Negotiating payments of outstanding debts
- Arranging suitable payment plans for customers
- Maintaining a high level of customer service

The Skills:

- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Professional telephone manner
- Confident negotiation & problem solving skills
- Effective time management & organisation skills
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment (Dialler)
- Previous Collections experience
- Strong knowledge in Privacy, UCCC and Legislative requirements

You will be able to work under pressure, possess the ability to meet deadlines, work well in a team environment and use your relationship building skills to build rapport and develop effective customer relationships.

You will ideally have experience in the finance or mortgage industry.
