**About the role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual to join the Reece Social Impact team, to play a pivotal role in shaping the next iteration of our strategy that will guide our social impact activities. You’ll work on a number of streams of work, including building a community grant framework, and providing support to the business to effectively report on our progress across social impact initiatives.

**About you**

You’re a passionate purpose and values led individual, and you**:

- Have experience in Social Impact, Sustainability, Partnerships, Community Development, Communications or a related field
- Have strong project management and business case development skills
- An understanding of ESG metrics and reporting methodologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills including demonstrated ability to consult, guide and influence decision makers
- Curious, creative and innovative in your approach to problem solving and identifying opportunities to grow our impact.
