Cremorne, Australia Lighthouse Foundation Full time

About the role

THE ROLE

The Partnerships Impact Manager plays a critical role in delivering outstanding relationship management, tailored activations, reporting, and strategic engagement to maximise long term value and social impact across the corporate partnership portfolio.

Driving revenue growth is key for continuing and building on Lighthouse care programs by both managing a strong portfolio of existing corporate partners and supporting the Head of Corporate Partnership in acquiring new partnerships that align with Lighthouse’s mission and values.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, and embedded within a focused, high-performing Partnerships team, this position will also collaborate closely with the Director of Fundraising and Marketing, Board/Fundraising Sub-Committee members, and Lighthouse’s inspiring Founder and CEO to support strategic acquisition and elevate the profile of Lighthouse within the business community.

This hands-on role suits someone strategic, proactive and resourceful who is comfortable working autonomously and delivers results through practical action and strong relationships. The role will operate with clear KPIs aligned to income growth, partner retention, and new business development to ensure accountability and measurable impact.

HOW WILL I HELP?

Bringing your incredible relationship skills, events experience and positive attitude you will increase the dollars coming through the door for the vital programs that Lighthouse runs. As Partnerships Impact Manager your role is to build lasting relationships with business partners while keeping existing relationships fresh and fruitful. Ensuring support for the cause is continued in a long-term capacity, is key.

You will be enthusiastic in having conversations to unleash the potential of people and business partners through tailored proposals and demonstration of how a partnership with Lighthouse will make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable young people.

Working collaboratively and in a tight-knit group, you will be the go-to person for day-to-day and on-ground engagement and reporting activities with partners.

With a strategic focus, what is crucial is a positive ‘roll up your sleeve’s kind of attitude’ - one that makes our partners feel genuinely valued, excited and inspired to support our cause.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?

Working for Lighthouse Foundation means you will be working for an organisation that cares about the community. As Partnerships Impact Manager, you will help support the organisation by engaging businesses and raising funds that support our life-changing programs. Your work will help save young lives and play a role in ending youth homelessness in Australia. Your role will provide impact to not only those within the Lighthouse Foundation but the countless others who use their services.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

First and foremost, interpersonal skills are a must, with a level of maturity and understanding needed when working with those who use and support our services.

From a professional standpoint you will require:

- 2-3 years demonstrated experience with relationship management and/or business development
