The job.

We are seeking a Social & Content Manager with proven experience in B2B marketing and a clear understanding of how social media builds authority and drives commercial performance.

This is a strategic and creative role for someone who can plan, create, and manage content that informs, influences, and delivers results across organic and paid channels.

The role is Melbourne based and operates on a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days in the office each week. We're also open to full-time or part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

The person.

You have a minimum of three years' experience developing and executing social media programs for B2B brands. You understand the purpose and power of content to articulate positioning, build credibility, and engage decision-makers.

You are fluent in LinkedIn and confident leading activity that builds communities, drives thought leadership and uses paid campaigns to extend reach and performance.

You think strategically and act with precision. You can brief and collaborate with specialists across creative, PR, and production, while managing day-to-day execution and performance.

Your experience.

  • Minimum three years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally within B2B, corporate, or professional services environments
  • A strategic mindset that links brand visibility to commercial impact
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn strategy, content planning, and campaign execution across organic and paid channels
  • Strong understanding of analytics, performance reporting, and optimisation
  • Excellent written communication and editorial judgement
  • Experience managing internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners
