Your Role as our Advertising Specialist:

- Lead the planning, creation, and execution of all Paid Media Campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and cutting-edge platforms.
- Develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel paid media strategies.
- Monitor and optimise client campaigns daily to maximise performance.
- Expertly manage ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and pacing.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Director to define quarterly client objectives, strategies, and growth targets.
- Analyse performance metrics across paid media channels, offering strategic insights and proactive recommendations to scale client growth.
- Deliver monthly ad performance reports for all clients, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Design and implement digital marketing funnels for ongoing and ad-hoc campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Lead and mentor our media buying team, fostering their growth and expertise.
- Partner with Account Managers, Account Coordinators, and the Digital Director to develop tailored ad strategies that resonate with client objectives and customer insights.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 2+ years of experience working with Social Media Platforms and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Pinterest Business Hub, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
- Deep understanding of Paid Social funnel strategies and best practices across various platforms.
- Track record of success in testing, optimising, and managing budgets across multiple clients and platforms simultaneously.
- Ability to craft compelling paid social ads and funnels tailored to diverse client needs.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to navigate and execute multiple client strategies within our fast-paced agency environment.

Salary Range

The salary for this position is $75-$80K + super per annum.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
