As the National P&C Manager, your initiatives will be instrumental to the success of these network growth plans, underpinned by a renewed focus on operational excellence and transforming the employee and customer experience. Key aspects include;
- Driving a high-performance team and culture
- Identifying and growing talent through meaningful, personalised pathways
- Leading communication rhythms and events schedule
- Ensuring organisational alignment to strategy
- Managing the HR lifecycle across the business
- Driving innovation in recruitment, NPS and recognition
An HR Leader that thrives in high-paced environments, including domains such as QSR, retail or hospitality, you will embrace the opportunity to drive culture, community, values and purpose. Prior experience managing accelerated growth and ensuring people are connected to an overriding vision is crucial. You will possess an ability to foster connections, empower managers, leverage technologies, and create an environment that celebrates creativity and best practices. Outstanding stakeholder, communications and decisive manner, along with relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology, Business or related areas a must.
