- Contract | $55-$65 p/h + super

**Key Requirements**:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or sound knowledge and experience in contemporary human resources practices
- Proven experience evaluating a range of position descriptions at various classifications levels
- Experience in Human Resources systems and processes and project management.
- Working knowledge of Industrial Awards and Agreements; and relevant legislation, including an understanding and knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
- Proven ability to recommend and implement quality service improvements
- High attention to detail and ability to work within a changing/ambiguous environment
