**About us**:
Supplym8 International is a fast-growing company looking for a full-time Project Coordinator managing and co-ordinating several projects across Sydney and surrounding areas. You need to be a Well-organised, hard-working, fit, energetic, and enthusiastic learner with an excellent ability to meet timelines.

You will be managing and co-ordinating a fun, easy-going and hardworking team

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Working with and co-ordinating a small team
- Monitoring the standard and progress of subcontractors' work
- Assisting in negotiations with building owners, property developers and subcontractors to meet timelines and budgets.
- Collection and quality review of goods to be installed
- Liaise with Architects, Engineering Professionals and other trade workers on site.
- Preparing sites, materials, and tools.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and according to instructions.
- Ensure all team members adhere to project specifications, including building codes and quality standards.
- Liaise with local authorities and assist in arranging submission plans.
- Preparation and Installation of products for the project, including but not limited to Drilling holes into the ground and installing TGSI Tactiles, Measuring, cutting and installing stair nosing and safety equipment
- Organise the removal of debris and garbage from sites.

**Other requirements**:

- White card
- Safety equipment - boots, high vis shirt and pants, glasses and hard hat
- Fast-paced work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites - each site varies (Local & Rural)
- Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Must be able to read & follow construction plans
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required
- Must be able to live away from home on some occasions (for some rural works)
- Understanding of and adherence to safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- relevant construction and co-ordinating: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
- White Card (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
