**POSITION**

This business is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Service Co-Ordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the work of technicians who provide installation, repair, and maintenance services to clients.
- Coordinate the scheduling of technicians for various security system requests
- Maintain and update the company's scheduling system to reflect the status of all service requests
- Communicate with technicians and customers to confirm schedules and address any scheduling conflicts or issue
- Invoicing
- Reporting completed jobs to clients and updating them on the work

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below:

- Service Co-ordination, or Scheduling experience within **ANY** form of trade industry such as Plumbing, Blinds, Gates, Electrical, Construction etc - **ALL** are encouraged to apply
- Effective communication and computer skills
- Experience using Simpro or AroFlo
