Energus provides high quality and professional services to commercial customers nationwide. Energus has also launched eArc, Australia’s first CEC approved lightweight flexible module, into the Australian and New Zealand Market.

Energus is currently looking for a part-time project co-ordinator for our growing EPC business in the solar industry.

**This is a part time role for immediate start and involves the following duties**:

- Assist Project manager to liaise internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver quality projects cost effectively.
- Liaise with installers and customers to plan and schedule solar installations and service jobs. Ensure all photos and site information is compiled and stored on project folder after site inspection.
- Create and maintain a full set of handover documents for project manager and client.
- Manage After sales customer queries, complaints, operational issues etc.
- Resolve After sales customer enquiries in a prompt, professional and caring manner.
- Provide High Quality After Sales Support to Customers.
- Carry on regular customer survey and follow up on customer reviews.
- This position has potential to be a full time role in the company.

**Skills and experience**:

- Minimum 3 years customer service experience within an Australian retail company.
- Solar industry experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Superior problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
- Computer literate with ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Self-Motivated following through and winning attitude.
- Enjoy working as part of a young and energetic team in a fast growing Solar PV company.
- Required working time 3 days a week.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Sydney, NSW 2060: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
