**About the role**

Join our Dulux Protective Coatings Team based in Clayton, VIC.

The key objective for this role is threefold: maintain and obtain government & industry certifications, coordinate 3rd party and internal testing as needed, and create performance criteria sheets as required.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain current certifications (incl APAS), and create new ones as requested
- Maintain reoccurring industry certification requirements and work to get new products certified across heavy industries
- Collaborate as our Third Party Testing Coordinator and looks for gaps in our current test results; plans out testing (internal & external) to fill those gaps
- Creating Performance Criteria Sheet for the Marketing & Sales team
- Ensure compliance with all Safety and Sustainability requirements.

**Skills & Experience**

We are looking for a driven individual, a go-getter who is passionate about making an impact and eager to learn every single day. Working closely across other divisions of Dulux, you are an excellent team player with an ability to think outside the box.

Other key skills and experience include:

- Experience in performance testing would be advantageous
- Requires preparation and handling of testing panels
- Formulating experience would be a plus
- Strong computer and technology skills
- A strong eye for detail and process
- The ability to seek out improvements and drive process enhancements.
