The Role

This is a unique Quality Assurance role combining quality systems, data analysis, product and process implementation and improvement in a very hands-on environment, being the conduit between quality, product development and production.

You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and significant projects, gradually growing your experience to lead projects and teams.

This exciting opportunity would see you joining us in a growth phase to lead and support the practical implementation and operational adherence of new and existing Quality Programs. We are an increasingly data driven company and you can expect to use this data to support the development of Quality systems. More than just the data though, you will work collaboratively with our Production and NPD counterparts to ensure that Food Safety and quality are designed into everything we do. As part of the Quality team, you will of course be involved in regular regulatory and customer audits.

Quality representative in commissioning of new production equipment and NPD projects
Hands on involvement in the verification and validation of quality systems in a large food manufacturing plant.
Integral part of the development, training, and implementation of SPC (statistical process control) systems

About You

We are looking for someone who is ready for their career to take off Whilst Food industry experience is necessary, it will be your ability to translate data into performance improvement and work collaboratively with multiple teams that will be the key to your success. If the below sounds like you, this could be the role for you
Practical experience in a Quality Role in the food industry, ideally with exposure to multiple regulatory and customer standards.
Some experience with allergen management and SPC programs.
Hold food certification such as HACCP or Internal auditing OR be interested in undertaking these courses
Enjoy working with cross functional teams
