As a Pricing and Trading Terms Specialist, you will ensure PPG’s pricing practices are consistent with both the marketplace and the organisation goals. You will create, track and analyse pricing models to ensure the PPG Sales and Marketing team’s price products and services are competitive, ensuring profitability for the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities****:

- Ownership of company price lists - approval of content for sales pitches / tenders / proposals, review and approve price quotes, generate reports on pricing assumptions for forecasts and budgets where required
- Establish and maintain commercially viable price and rebate structures for the retail and trade team that enables PPG to derive a positive EBIT contribution
- Reduce the overall number of active price lists across to facilitate maintenance of the customer base to reduce complexity
- Provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting for the team and leaders
- Take initiative in identifying and resolving issues around pricing and margin.
- Work with Category, Sales, Marketing and Product management to develop and implement product price strategies including segment strategies for the various markets and channels and communication of these changes to the customers.
- Lead the rebate payment, reconciliation, and reporting process

**Qualifications****:

- Previous experience in pricing and system structure knowledge
- Project management and process mapping experience
- Exceptional level of negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with excellent communication, organisation and planning skills and be confident in communicating and negotiating with key partners
- High level of digital literacy (SAP and excel)

The ANZ Architectural team is responsible for iconic products and brands like Taubmans, White Knight, Johnstone’s and Bristol.
