The Engagement Coach at Blair State School will lead, manage and coordinate the following in consultation with the Principal and aligned to the strategic vision of the school.* Coaching and mentoring of teachers to improve student engagement within classrooms and increase student educational and wellbeing outcomes* Strategic vision and direction to increase student attendance* Strategic vision and direction of the positive behaviour focus within the school* Daily operational tasks related to positive behaviour management

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
