Step Into Your Next Chapter:
Provide classroom support to teachers by assisting with learning activities, small group work and individual student support.
Help prepare and maintain classroom resources, learning materials and equipment.
Support the implementation of individual learning, behaviour and engagement plans.
Supervise students in the classroom and playground under teacher direction.
Assist with general administrative tasks to support effective classroom operations.
Contribute to creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment for all students.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Experience working with or caring for children.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
A flexible and proactive attitude, with a willingness to support a range of student needs.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

Previous experience as a Teacher Aide or in an educational setting.
Certificate III in Education Support (or working towards).
Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs, including additional needs in literacy, numeracy, or behaviour.
Familiarity with positive behaviour support strategies.
