About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning of classrooms - windows, pictures, doorknob, taps, sinks, drinking fountains, lavatory basins, glassware, glass doors and cupboards.
Cleaning and sanitising toilet facilities and sick bays.
Cleaning and maintaining equipment along with a host of other responsibilities pertinent to the role.
Locking and unlocking of buildings/gates.

What We Are Looking For:
Education QLD cleaning experience is preferred for this position.
Applicant must hold a current paid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
Applicant must be available to work split shifts between 5am-6pm, Monday-Friday
Applicant has or is willing to acquire proficient computer skills
High level of communication skills, both written and verbal.
A team player with the ability to perform under direction, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work demands and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated knowledge, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge, of departmental cleaning policies, practices and procedures used in schools.
