Project Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting site managers and directors in overseeing projects from concept to completion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects including luxury residential buildings valued up to $12 million
- Work collaboratively with experienced on-site project managers and directors to achieve project goals
- Manage and lead fully-qualified carpenters on renovations up to $1 million
- Coordinate and supervise multiple projects simultaneously
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience as a working Foreman, 2IC or Project Coordinator on luxury homes
- Carpentry trade & 2-6+ years post-qualification experience
- Suitable carpentry tools & vehicle
- Organised, Punctual & Proactive approach to work
- Level-headed attitude
