Job Title: Luxury Residential Construction ManagerAre you an experienced construction professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-end residential projects? We are seeking a skilled Luxury Residential Construction Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing luxury residential construction projects, from initial planning to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze architectural plans, specifications, and project documentation to develop accurate cost estimates for luxury residential construction projects.
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, material pricing, and labor estimates for various trades and scopes of work.
  • Administer contracts, including subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and variations.
  • Assist in the procurement process by obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and selecting suitable suppliers.
  • Monitor project costs, track variations, and provide accurate and timely reports on project financials.
Requirements:
  • A minimum three years' experience as a Contract Administrator/Estimator in architecturally designed residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
  • Excellent attention to detail – able to pick up on inconsistencies or issues early.
  • Proficiency using Procore.
  • A proactive, accountable approach – you manage your own time and deliver reliable results.
