Project Manager Position

Overview
A seasoned Project Manager is required to join a rapidly growing residential builder specializing in architecturally designed luxury homes. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing high-end residential projects from concept to completion, with a strong focus on estimating, contract administration, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop accurate cost estimates for residential projects based on architectural plans and specifications
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, material pricing, and labour estimates across all relevant trades
  • Administer contracts, including subcontractor agreements and variations
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of residential projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met
  • Develop and manage project budgets, track and control costs, and identify value engineering opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Develop and manage construction programs, identifying and resolving potential delays early
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally with exposure to estimating and/or contract administration
  • Proven experience managing high-end residential projects from pre-construction to handover
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools preferred
